The Ministry of Music at Pohick Church has five groups of choirs and ensembles currently with 35 active music participants from the Parish. New members are always welcome. Liturgical Church Music plays an important part in the worship of God, amplifying The Lectionary, a part of the Liturgy, calling all to prayer, and inspiring and encouraging those present to faithfully live their Christian lives in the world. Pohick Church musicians seek to provide such a ministry in this integral role of music in worship, which is at the center of the Christian life.
