- ANNOUNCEMENTS SEPT 28, 2025
- We warmly welcome all newcomers and visitors and hope you'll introduce yourselves, receive a gift, and please leave us your contact information!
- "Do you renounce Satan...?" A biblical and historic look at the spiritual forces of evil. From Genesis to Revelation, there are numerous references to the forces of evil that are at work in the world. Join Reverend Cenci SUNDAY at 9:15 in the Parish House annex for a study on Satan and the various manifestations of evil that are described in the scriptures. We will study how these themes are presented both in the Bible and in history, paying close attention to the ways in which the church has interpreted these texts throughout the ages. We will also discuss how evil continues to play a role in the world today, and how Christians are called to combat these spiritual forces as part of our baptismal covenant.

Weather permitting, we will meet on the fairgrounds, so bring a lawn chair, bug spray, and any outside activities you might have for the kids (football, soccer ball, frisbee, etc). We plan to have the fire pit and firepit snacks - but folks are encouraged to bring a favorite campfire snack to share/teach the group. Please plan to bring your own dinner for your family (enjoy a reason for carry out/no cooking night) and a beverage of your choice and plan to spend time enjoying fellowship with other parents of Pohick. This is a great time to meet other Pohick families and a place to reconnect with families you see in passing on Sundays. All are welcome and we look forward to seeing you Friday, 9/26!
