"Do you renounce Satan...?" A biblical and historic look at the spiritual forces of evil. From Genesis to Revelation, there are numerous references to the forces of evil that are at work in the world. Join Reverend Cenci beginning Sunday mornings at 9:15 in the Parish House annex for a six-week study on Satan and the various manifestations of evil that are described in the scriptures. We will study how these themes are presented both in the Bible and in history, paying close attention to the ways in which the church has interpreted these texts throughout the ages. We will also discuss how evil continues to play a role in the world today, and how Christians are called to combat these spiritual forces as part of our baptismal covenant.
