As Rector, Reverend Lynn oversees all areas of parish life: Worship/Preaching, Pastoral Care, Christian Formation, Outreach, Evangelism, and Fellowship. Reverend Lynn maintains direct responsibility for Worship (church and on-line), Preaching, Adult Christian Education, Pastoral Care, and Strategic Planning. She manages a staff of seven, including a full-time Assistant Rector and Music Minister, Parish Administrator, Director of Christian Education, Youth Director, Sexton and Secretary.

The Reverend Alex Allain arrived at Pohick in July 2019. He oversees young adult and family ministry, the Alpha Course, and shares in teaching, preaching, and liturgical responsibilities.
