  A special thank you to the Brotherhood for providing Pohick Church with
  Forward Day by Day quarterly issues. The latest issue\, which includes

 St. Andrew invites all the men and youth of Pohick to attend any of our

 ’s Healing Hearts grief support group offers a safe\, confidential spa
 ce that connects you with others who understand the range of emotions that
  you may experience as you process and integrate your loss and grief into 
 day-to-day living.\nMarleen McCabe is Healing Hearts facilitator. She is
  a member of the Trauma Incident Reduction Association and has received ex
 tensive training in the transformative power of grief\, loss\, and bereave
